Auld Alliance

Artisan Bread Classes

class2

Bread lovers can learn how to make mouth-watering loaves and experiment to suit their own taste.

Our friendly and inspiring classes are for a maximum of six people and minimum of two and take place in the Auld Alliance kitchen. A light lunch is included in the price, as are the recipes you gather during the day and an Auld Alliance apron.

Our teaching style is relaxed and informal as well as very informative, and we are happy to discuss ideas and give out lots of tips as part of the process. The aim is to have a good time while learning the Art of Bread Making!

We round up the day with a coffee or tea by the fire – or outside in the garden depending on the Scottish weather of course!
